I'm personally using RDP to log into my Win Apps, which we have designed to iPad friendly.

Speaking from a patient perspective, I don't like the idea of my personal medical records on my doctor's ipad at all. Computers are vulnerable to hackers. Also, people take their ipads everywhere they go, and since they are a hot item right now they are libel to be stolen!
